The old schooner Carmen Flores' now rebuilt by the Maritime Museum of Barcelona under the name of Santa Eulalia, was sold to SA Maritime Rescue and Recovery in August 1973. This company was to continue the recovery efforts of ships and artifacts destroyed during the Civil War. The named Sayremar One was converted into an auxiliary vessel for maritime rescue work. In 1980 the company Kylon SA bought it and, finally, the museum acquired it in 1997. The documentation is to be kept in the schooner at the time of this last operation.
